These Terms of Use apply to our website, mobile application, and all our services, branches, and websites that refer to these general terms.

By visiting the site, the client agrees to the Terms of Use in effect. If you do not agree, you must not use our site. The operators of the site reserve the right to change, amend, add to, or remove parts of these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the site without prior notice. Please review the Terms of Use regularly for any updates. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.

*Use of the Site*

To visit and use this site, you must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to use the site in accordance with these specific Terms and Conditions. The purpose of this license is to make *taxi reservations* through the site. 

Commercial use or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited, except with our express written authorization. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this section without notice.

The content displayed on this site is provided for informational purposes only. Product and service descriptions on this site belong to their respective owners and we are not responsible for them. Comments or opinions expressed on this site are those of the authority that published them and do not reflect our opinions.

Some services and related features available on the site require registration or subscription. By choosing to register or subscribe to any of these services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and to update it promptly if it changes.

You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or attempt to mislead us or any third party regarding the origin or reliability of any Submission. We may remove or edit any Submission, but we are not obligated to do so.

*Approval of Requests and Price Details*

Please note that in some cases, a request may not be approved for several reasons. The operators of the site reserve the right to reject or cancel any request for any reason at any time. Before accepting a request, we may ask you to provide additional information or other data to verify details, including but not limited to phone number and address.

We strive to provide the most accurate pricing information to all users who visit the site. However, errors may sometimes occur, such as when the price of a service is not correctly displayed on the site. Therefore, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any request. If the price of a service is not determined correctly, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to contact you for instructions or to cancel your booking and notify you of such cancellation. We have the right to refuse or cancel any booking, confirmed or not, after charges have been added to the credit card.

*Trademarks and Copyrights*

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or not, in the site and in all information and content designs on the site belong to us, including but not limited to texts, graphics, software, images, videos, music and audio, their selection and arrangement, as well as all software classifiers, source code, and programs. All content on the site is also protected by combined copyright as a single work. All rights reserved.

*Governing Law and Jurisdiction*

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Morocco. Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco and waives any objection related to venue.

*Termination*

In addition to any legal remedies, we may, immediately and without notice, terminate these Terms and Conditions or cancel all or part of your rights granted under these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease visiting and using the site. We may also immediately cancel any passwords or other account identification methods issued to you, and refuse any further access to the site in whole or in part. 

Any termination of this agreement will not affect any rights and obligations of the parties that arose prior to the termination date, including but not limited to payment obligations. You agree that RASHEED TAXI staff assumes no liability to you or any other person due to suspension or termination of service. 

If you are not satisfied with this site or with any of the terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the site.
